We provide person-centred dementia care in our homes. We understand the specific challenges faced by people living with dementia and ensure our teams are able to provide professional and compassionate care and support to both residents and their loved ones.
Respite & Convalescent Care
We understand how difficult it can be for families or friends providing ongoing care. Our respite care services provide a crucial break for carers. This offers family carers the chance to do daily chores, go on holiday or simply have some well-earned time off.
Nursing Care
We provide nursing care for individuals with specialist requirements. Our nursing care teams are fully qualified and have the specialist expertise required to care for residents’ varying medical needs and requirements.
End-of-life Care
We firmly believe that everyone deserves dignity and respect as they approach the end of their life and we provide sensitive and compassionate end-of-life care..Â
Mental Health
We support people with a wide range of needs including; learning disabilities and complex support needs such as Autism, Epilepsy and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities including those with behaviours that may challenge the service. Whatever support we provide we aim to open up new opportunities for a full and purposeful life.Â
