 At the same time, we recognise that good intentions are not always enough to ensure that we deliver the best care. So all of our team undergo thorough and continued training to make sure that we always deliver quality care to all our residents. 

Person Centred Care

Our Homes are a place to call Home. We believe that all residents regardless of age or disability have a fundamental right to individuality and self determination. All our residents have a right to live their life in a manner they are accustomed to, from what time they like to wake up in the morning to their favourite meals. Our Friendly Care Team, develop relationships for family members to turn to at any time. This close relationship helps us anticipate needs and make sure that our residents receive the right care, in the right way, at the right time.

Stimulating Activities

There’s always something going on at our Homes. Our Large Activities Team design a range of Activities and Outings catered around the needs and interests of our wonderful residents. Activities takes place every day, 7 days a week, alongside seasonal special events regularly through the year. Whether it’s a discussion on the daily newspaper, playing with Virtual reality games/experiences, music and dancing, arts and crafts or a talk from a visiting expert…you’ll always have something to look forward to. We are also active members of NAPA (National association of Providers of Activities.) which provide an excellent resource for our Team to keep abreast of Training and recent developments in the Industry.

We believe it is important to feel all the comforts of home, from nutritious meals made daily with fresh ingredients, to the personal furniture that feels just right. Our homes are cosy and comfortable, to look and feel just like your home, but with lots of special touches to meet all of the important needs of our wonderful residents,

From the moment you start talking to us, to the day you move in and for as long as you stay with us, we’re here to make life better. Whatever you need, we do what it takes to make sure you get it – from medical advice and support to an emergency response system in every suite. We also provide regular assessments so that as your needs change, we adapt our care accordingly. In addition, we communicate openly with family members, keeping everybody concerned up to date with any changes to a resident’s care plan.

A Home for Life

We work closely with a wealth of community and clinical professionals to ensure our residents’ care needs are met. These include district nurses, GPs, opticians and chiropodists.

As someone’s care needs change, we’re there to review what they need so they can continue living their lives feeling safe and contented. We provide low, medium and high-dependency nursing and residential support for residents.Â
